Jonah provides support to customers on environmental, safety, technical product information, and process applications (topics include OSHA, RCRA, FIFRA, NPDES, HazCom, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, PPE, Respiratory Protection, pesticide applicator licenses, spill response, NPDES Stormwater, Tier II reporting, Form R submittal, Facility EPA ID numbers, etc.).

• Assists customers with coordinating their hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposals as well as arranging any tank cleanouts or frac tanks at customer sites.
• Provides, as needed, on-site or virtual environmental, health and informational safety training for customers.
• Maintains a working knowledge of emerging regulations, standards and/or to develop and maintain guidance documents and advocate for customers in the wood treatment business on the environmental front.
• Provides SDS's, labels, placards and other compliance documents as requested by the customer.
